Nandlal Nehru

Nandlal Nehru (1845 – 1887) was the Diwan of Khetri in Rajasthan. In 1870 Nandlal quit Khetri, qualified as a lawyer and began to practice law at Agra. When the High Court was transferred to Allahabad, he moved with it. He was the second son of Gangadhar Nehru and elder brother of Motilal Nehru. He had seven children when he died at the age of 42. Among his noted sons were Brijlal Nehru and Ratan Kumar Nehru.
